• All returns must arrive at JARDIN BY MACRIS warehouse within 15 days of the date the the shipping carrier delivered your package. 

• All returns must arrive in their original condition, with original tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and perfumes. 

• Refund are issued within 7 days from the date we receive the return. 

• Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

• If an exchange is needed please indicate on your return form.
